Customer service (after product is delivered) is NOT reliable. Product is shipped without any instruction manual and support team is not able to send instruction manual or video for lock they install. There are pre-drilled holes on the door and THEY CANT TELL YOU what it is for and if we miss any parts. Its been 2 weeks since we have been asking the question without any response and impacting our project. They have put the lock and ask for instructions, same problem. We have some issues with door handle/latch and need instruction. Once again, lock assembly didnt come with any instruciton. Stay away from this supplier as they will NOT HELP you with your issues.
